Hand Over a Chamet Host Support Case Clearly

By Chamet Agents editorial team · Reviewed October 26, 2026

When a support question moves between team members, preserve the useful context and minimize repeated requests for personal information. A clear handover states the issue, evidence and next owner.

Write a compact case summary

State the affected step, when the issue began and what the host expected. Include the checks already completed and any platform reference number that can appropriately be shared. Keep opinions separate from observations; “verification result pending” is clearer than an unsupported explanation of why the account was flagged.

Issue

What happened, and at which step?

Checked

What was tried, when, and what changed?

Next owner

Who follows up, by when, and through which verified channel?

Share only the evidence needed; keep login codes and unrelated personal details private.

Share only what the next person needs

Remove private notifications, passwords, codes and unrelated documents from screenshots. Keep account-specific discussion in the appropriate private channel. If the next step belongs to platform support, explain that boundary instead of passing the case indefinitely between agency contacts.

Close the loop with the host

Tell the host who will reply next and what information, if any, remains necessary. Give an honest response expectation. When the case is resolved, record the action that helped and update any confusing checklist. Do not leave the original contact assuming someone else has already replied.

Should the next team member ask for all documents again?

Only request information genuinely needed for the specific step and through the proper verified process. Repeating broad document requests can create confusion and unnecessary exposure.

Use the current information for your account

This is independent preparation guidance. App controls, eligibility and commercial arrangements can change. Confirm account-specific requirements in the current app or through the developer’s verified support channels. Keep passwords and one-time codes private.
