Observe what is actually delayed
Check whether sound arrives late, the image freezes or both stop together. Note whether the same issue appears on other live services. A fast download result alone does not prove a stable real-time connection. Interruptions and changing signal conditions can matter even when a single speed test looks strong.

Check heat and power conditions
Use the phone in a ventilated position and follow the manufacturer’s charging guidance. If the device becomes unusually hot, pause and let it recover. Record whether lag appears only after a long session. Send support a concise timeline rather than only saying that the internet is slow.
Does buying a faster data plan guarantee smooth video?
No. Coverage, congestion, stability, device performance and the service itself can affect real-time video. Identify the limiting factor before spending money.
