Chamet Agency Onboarding Checklist for a New Host

By Chamet Agents editorial team · Reviewed October 26, 2026

A clear onboarding process turns scattered messages into a sequence a new host can follow. Use this checklist to separate account steps, practical training and the agency’s own working arrangements.

Create one onboarding record

Record the host’s preferred contact channel, time zone and the stage reached. Store only the information needed for coordination. Link to the verified platform flow instead of collecting identity files through an ordinary group chat. Make clear who answers account questions and who handles scheduling.

Explain the role and choose the matching invitation route.

Account setup

The host enters their own details and completes verification.

First session

Test light, sound and connection; agree on the next check-in.

Preparation checklist. Platform requirements and available features remain account-specific.

Explain the first practical tasks

Provide a device and connection test, a profile review and a short introduction practice. Point to the current platform rules and explain how to report a problem. Do not mark a person ready merely because a registration screenshot arrived; ask whether they understand the next action and where to get help.

Close the handover with a check-in

Agree on a realistic first-session plan and a time to review questions. Summarize any proposed schedule or payment arrangement in writing. Keep platform approval separate from your own training checklist. If an account step remains unresolved, record it as pending rather than telling the host it is already complete.

Should every host receive exactly the same onboarding message?

Use a consistent core checklist, then adapt the explanation to the person’s account stage, language and availability. Avoid sending irrelevant instructions that create extra confusion.

Use the current information for your account

This is independent preparation guidance. App controls, eligibility and commercial arrangements can change. Confirm account-specific requirements in the current app or through the developer’s verified support channels. Keep passwords and one-time codes private.
