Access your agency account

Use the login instructions supplied during agency onboarding or through the platform’s verified support channel. Check the destination before entering credentials. Keep your password private and complete authentication yourself. If your account has not been approved, resolve the access issue before trying to manage a team.

1. Review your profile

Check that your contact details are correct and that you understand your agency relationship. Look for account notices or unfinished verification. Treat payment settings separately: review the information carefully and follow the platform’s instructions before changing a wallet or withdrawal destination.

2. Learn your invitation tools

Locate the tools provided to invite hosts or agents. Check which role each invitation is for before sharing it. Use a consistent welcome message that explains what the applicant should expect. Review invitation status where available rather than assuming that opening a link means registration is complete.

3. Read reports consistently

Find the team reports available to your account and identify the date range, currency or units, and report status. Compare like-for-like periods. A daily report and a longer performance summary can answer different questions, so write down which view you used before discussing results with your team.

4. Turn information into support

Use reports to identify questions worth asking: did a host encounter technical issues, miss onboarding or need clarification about the rules? Discuss the cause before drawing conclusions from one day of activity. Keep notes about actions agreed with each person so follow-up is clear.

5. Use a daily review checklist

Check account notifications, outstanding invitations, unresolved onboarding questions and the latest report period. Record discrepancies with the date and relevant report name. When requesting support, share only the details needed to explain the issue and conceal private account information in screenshots.

Frequently asked questions

Why might my dashboard look different?

Menu names, account permissions and interfaces can change. Follow the labels and instructions currently shown in your own account.

What if a host is missing from a report?

Check invitation status and the reporting period, then ask platform support about eligibility or account-binding questions. Avoid creating duplicate accounts as a workaround.

Can I send you dashboard screenshots?

You can provide screenshots for guide illustrations after removing names, phone numbers, balances, passwords and verification codes that should remain private.
